Lepe Estate is a private estate situated on the northern shore of the Beaulieu River estuary overlooking the Solent.
The Estate is not part of Lepe Country Park, which lies on the eastern side the Dark Water River. Lepe Country Park is managed by the Hampshire County Council and is open to the public.
